If you are pre-registered for CWF 2025, you should have received your registration on confirmation on email when you registered. Bring it to ‘Online Registration’ desk and collect your name badge and complimentary show directory. The registration area is located inside Pragati Maidan. The procedure is same for the International attendees. The badge is valid for all show days.
If Yes, simply fill up the ‘visitor registration form’ and submit at Visitor registration counter. You are encouraged to attach your business card to the form. You must be older than 16 years to visit the event. Registration hours are:

Go to online visitors counter and provide your business card and your last name. The staff will provide you a copy of show directory and your name badge. The badge is valid for all show days.
The list of exhibitors, product details, floor plan of exhibition, conference program and other show information is published in show directory which is complimentary for all.
If you are traveling by your own car then you may either park at Bhairon Marg or Pragati Maidan Metro parking from Gate No.10.
You can enter from Gate No. 4 & 10. The Shuttle will be available from Bhairon Marg Parking and Pragati Maidan Metro Station(Supreme Court).
Pragati Maidan is the Prime Exhibition Centre of India, situated in the Central Place of the capital City of Delhi, and is well connected with all modes of Transport – Delhi Metro, Taxi, City DTC Buses, Three Wheeled Auto Rickshaw, etc.
Pragati Maidan is connected by Delhi Metro from various parts of the Delhi National Capital Region (Delhi NCR), including Noida and Gurgaon. Use the blue line to reach Pragati Maidan by Delhi Metro. Get down at Pragati Maidan Metro station which is located near Gate number 10 of Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre which is at a walking distance from the station.
Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), operates Low Floor City Buses (air conditioned and non air conditioned buses) connecting the Delhi NCR with frequent services. These buses also operate between Delhi International Airport and various locations of Delhi.
The Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi India (Terminal 3 and Domestic Terminal No. 1D) is only about 17 kilometers away from Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre. Pre-paid and Radio Taxi services are available from these airports to Pragati Maidan – the Exhibition Centre – The travel time is between 30 to 45 minutes depending upon the city traffic.
Alternatively, you can also take the orange color- Airport Express line directly from the Indira Gandhi Airport and get down at New Delhi metro station. With a travel time of less than 22 minutes from airport to New Delhi, the Delhi Metro Airport Express Line literally brings the Airport closer to the heart of the city. From New Delhi station, you can take a taxi or three wheeler auto rickshaw to reach Pragati Maidan (Gate no. 1) and head towards Hall 2, 3 & 4.

A number of Radio Cabs are also available in Delhi NCR and contact numbers of these are available in the Delhi Maps or at Tourism Counters at the Airport and Railway Stations.
This is another Public Transport that is available in most part of Delhi NCR and these three wheelers are on the move in the city. One can stop these Vehicles on the Road and use this to reach Pragati Maidan.

Pragati Maidan is well connected with the shopping centres and other happening places of Delhi, like Connaught Place – 3 Kilometers; Lajpat Nagar – 3 Kilometers; India Gate and Central Secretariat – 2 Kilometers; Sarojini Nagar – 7 Kilometers; Karol Bagh – 8 Kilometers; New Delhi Railway Station – 5 Kilometers; Old Delhi (Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Old Delhi Railway Station, etc.) – around 8 to 10 Kilometers. All these places can be visited by using the Metro, City Buses and Taxis, that are connected with Pragati Maidan with good frequency of services.
